Prospective fishermen forecast and discuss what is in stall for the next day as an Eagle looks over head.
As part of my 3.5 hour classes next year, we will explore using Photoshop and ways to subtly blend textures into your images.
Starting off in Lightroom on this image, the original had great colour and range no HDR was required. It was taken on the Sigma DP1
I spend a few hours trying many blend modes and masking parts of the texture in were it worked and slowly building up the image.
I was after a painterly feel and for the viewer. To be able to travel around the image and enjoy the subtle variations in tone and colour across the image surface, that was my goal.
